Here’s What Happened Before Arknights: Prelude to Dawn Episode 5
In Episode 4 of Arknights: Prelude to Dawn, the Doctor is introduced to Liskarm and Franka, two Blacksteel conductors. Rhodes Island proceeds to go to Lungmen while the mobile city enforces stricter policies against the Ursus refugees to keep the infected people out of the city. Rhodes Island members meet with the leader of Lungmen, Wei Yenwu, and Inspector Ch’en of the Lungmen Guard Department. In their conversation, they try to persuade Wei Yenwu and Ch’en that these strict policies against the infected might push the sick toward joining the Reunion. After some negotiation, Rhodes Island obtains permission to operate in Lungmen in exchange for helping Inspector Ch’en police the infected citizens. Soon after this agreement is reached, Ch’en asks the Rhodes Island group to capture an Ursus girl named Misha. After finding her seeking refuge in the slums, Amiya manages to gain the girl’s trust while a special unit of Reunion is spotted nearby.
