Falco admits forgetting about shooting for Avatar: The Way of Water in a recent interview with The View. In fact, the actor recalls only having heard about it from a random person, and since she hadn’t heard any updates on the movie’s progress, she figured it was released four years ago and flopped. The actor even joked about not liking her role very much since she initially wanted to be an Avatar — ‘blue and very tall,’ as she described.

Edie Falco plays General Ardmore who is a U.S. military general on a mission to extract something more than unobtanium from Pandora, as Falco herself said. The actor describes the general as someone who “is absolutely sure they are doing the right thing” for the humans on earth rather than acknowledging how their actions could affect the Na’vi.

Avatar: The Way of Water is out in theaters now.
