Seeing as the Duffer Brothers had only released the premiere title, ‘The Crawl’, there’s still a lot for them to work on behind the scenes. While the title certainly sparked fan theories on Joseph Quinn’s Eddie Munson comeback, the title also fuels more fan theories as to who it is pertaining to.
Hoping to finish writing the Stranger Things 5 script by the end of 2022, there’s been no confirmation on how close the Duffer Brothers are in the progress, however, this certainly lines up with what Harbour previously mentioned.
What is clear, however, is that the Duffer Brothers are ensuring every character and story arc will be wrapped up by the finale season. There is no official premiere date for Stranger Things season 5 yet, but all seasons of Stranger Things can be streamed on Netflix.
