According to TJ Miller, who played Wade Wilson’s best friend Weasel, he and Reynolds had a falling out years ago and it doesn’t look like they’re going to bury the hatchet anytime soon.Appearing on The Adam Carolla Show, Miller revealed that he and Reynolds aren’t on the best of terms, claiming that the Canadian actor “hates” him in real life. It all began when TJ made an appearance on Hot Ones where he allegedly made a backhanded compliment on his Marvel co-star.The comedian said it wasn’t always the case and things only started to change following the success of the first Deadpool film. He explains: “Then after he got super, super famous from the first Deadpool, then he, yeah, things kind of changed.“Miller added that he won’t work with Reynolds again so don’t expect him to reprise his Weasel role in Deadpool 3. He said: “I mean would I work with him again? No, I would not work with him again.“Also Read: Deadpool 3: Hugh Jackman will Reportedly Wear Yellow Wolverine SuitWhile Weasel is nothing more than a supporting character, it can’t be denied that he’s one of Wade’s trustiest allies and has served as his righthand man in the first two installments of the franchise. We can safely assume that Miller will get recast in the third film but given the whole concept of Deadpool, it wouldn’t be shocking if they pulled some fourth-wall-breaking shenanigans to address his departure.Deadpool 3 is currently slated for release on September 6, 2024.
