Set 10,000 years before Paul Atreides ascended, Dune: The Sisterhood stands as the prequel of Dune and it will be following the Harkonnen Sisters who will be facing forces that could be a threat to all of mankind in the future, thus, they established the legendary sect, an exclusive sisterhood, the Bene Gesserit. Two new characters have been cast for Dune: The Sisterhood as reported by Variety which will be recurring roles in the series. Josh Heuston will be playing Constantine who is the illegitimate son of Emperor Javicco Corrino, and Davis will portray Harrow Harkonnen, a politician who wants to see their family name back in its former glory. Josh Heuston is best known for his modelling career and his projects such as Dive Club, Heartbreak High, and Bali 2002. Edward Davis is well-known for his roles in Pokémon Detective Pikachu, The Little Drummer Girl, and Emma.

The cast of Dune: The Sisterhood includes Emily Watson as Valya Harkonnen, Shirley Henderson as Tula Harkonnen, Indira Varma as Empress Natalya, Shalom Burne Franklin as Mikaela, Chloe Lea as Lila, Mark Strong as Emperor Javicco Corrino, Jade Anouka as Sister Theodosia, and Christ Mason as Keiran Atreides Also in the cast are Sarah-Sofie Boussnina as Princess Ynez, Faoileann Cunningham as Sister Jen, Aoife Hinds as Sister Emeline, and Travis Fimmel as Desmond Hart. Working behind the scenes are Diane Ademu-John as the executive producer of the series after she stepped down as the co-showrunner, Alison Schrapker as the sole showrunner and executive producer, and Jon Spaihts returning to pen the script. Dune: The Sisterhood has no release date yet but the production for the series already began on November 22, 2022 in Budapest and in Jordan.
