According to a scoop from The Cosmic Circus, Marvel Studios is currently developing a Special Presentation on Disney+ centered on the Silver Surfer which could hit the streaming platform in late 2024 or early 2025. The project will be similar to Werewolf by Night and will reportedly serve as the official prequel to the Fantastic Four reboot.As it stands, key details about the project remain under wraps but Twitter insider MyTimeToShineHello claims that the project will actually be a film instead of a Disney+ special. Marvel Studios has yet to announce anything but a series definitely makes more sense. Obviously, his first big-screen outing was met with generally negative reviews. Now, It looks like Marvel Studios is in a hurry to bring Silver Surfer to the MCU which seems a little too soon considering the First Family is just about to make their MCU arrival. The real question is, does it mean the so-called Devourer of Worlds is soon to follow suit? Marvel Studios’ Fantastic Four is currently slated for release on February 14, 2025.
