Urushi Yaotome, his senpai and only other member, finally has a shogi partner and endeavors to teach him all she knows. By the beginning of the show, Ayumu has already fallen in love but resolves not to confess his feelings until he can beat Urushi in a game of shogi. But as Urushi is his senpai, much better at shogi, and totally aware of his crush, how long will this commitment keep him from confessing?
