Grant Harrold spoke about his interactions with his former staffers in the palace when he was still working as a butler for then-Prince Charles. According to him, many didn’t really like Camilla, and he found it difficult because he saw her differently. “What I used to find difficult was people that knew her who worked for the family, they would say ‘oh I’m not a fan of her,’” Grant said, Showbiz CheatSheet reported. “‘Well do you know what, you don’t actually know her.’ Nobody is perfect. I’ve never met a single human being who could say they were perfect. We all make mistakes,” Harrold said, sharing his usual response and how he defends Queen Camilla. Queen Camilla Will Do Well In Her New Role During King Charles’ Reign
Camilla became the new queen consort when her husband, King Charles, ascended the throne following Queen Elizabeth’s passing on Sept. 8, 2022. According to Harrold, she would be a good partner to His Majesty, and she would fare in her new role as queen consort. “I hope that people will see that she’ll do an amazing job of it. She’ll be an amazing queen,” Harrold said.
