In 2005’s Revenge of the Sith, Anakin Skywalker infamously slaughtered a bunch of Jedi younglings following Emperor Palpatine’s execution of Order 66. The scene was best known for the brief interaction between the newly-corrupted Skywalker and a youngling named Sors Bandeam who thought Anakin was there to aid them against the Sith onslaught.Obviously, we didn’t exactly see Anakin kill the youngling and while it’s same to assume that he did, it left many wondering if Sors actually managed to survive the Jedi purge. During an interview with the Geeknd (via Comic Book Resources), actor Ross Beadman looked back on the iconic scene and how it took him a while to come to terms with his character’s fate. However, he didn’t count out the idea that Sors could still be alive.Beadman seems optimistic about Sors potentially surviving Anakin’s attack and according to him, the outcome of the scene “could have gone down a variety of different ways”. He said: “I could have been a member of the Sith. The hatred could have consumed me to the point where I wanted to get revenge on the person who killed all my schoolmates.“Also Read: Star Wars Actor Ross Beadman Credits Hayden Christensen for Improving Youngling SceneIt’s hard to believe that Anakin actually spared a youngling during Order 66, especially considering he was fully corrupted by the dark side of the Force, but then again, we never saw Sors get murdered so I guess it does leave the door wide open for him to turn up in a future Star Wars project set post-prequel trilogy. Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith is available to stream on Disney+.
