One of the most stunning moments in Star Wars Rebels was in the second season finale where Ahsoka Tano stopped Darth Vader from attacking Ezra Bridger. This led to an epic duel between the two and although Ezra tried to get Ahsoka away as the Sith Temple fell apart, she used the Force to push him away and into safety.

We now know that Ahsoka and Vader survived the destruction of the temple. So is it time to revisit the jaw-dropping animated sequence? Making Star Wars suggests that the fight will be brought to live-action after confirming that Darth Vader stunt double Tom O’Connell will be back in Ahsoka along with Hayden Christensen. Since O’Connell usually films Vader’s fights, there’s a good chance that we’ll be seeing the Sith Lord in action in Ahsoka. And considering that this is a series about Anakin Skywalker’s former apprentice, the chances of the two getting into another fight, possibly in a flashback sequence, are pretty big. We’re loving the idea of Ahsoka and Vader going after each other again, this time in a live-action series. However, it’s important to remember that the details about the show have not yet been confirmed. With that in mind, it’s best to take this with a grain of salt. Ahsoka will star Rosario Dawson as the former Jedi and Natasha Liu Bordizzo as Sabine Wren. Hayden Christensen is expected to reprise his role as Darth Vader in the Star Wars series.
